Enterprise Class E-mail Services Now AvailableDigital Beckley annouced today that the migration to Entreprise class e-mail services was successfully completed last night.
CEO, Mark Wray, states "We are now fully able to provide world class e-mail services to any size company. We have the capabilities for businesses to share e-mails, calendars, tasks, and notes internally." Powerful new group features allow customers to easily comunicate internally.
One of the new features include the capabilities for our customers to now access their e-mail via SmartPhones or PocketPC. We are also providing real-time anti-virus protection and have implemented anti-spam measures using SpamAssassin to catch and block the majority of spam mail.
"We've also implemeneted 'greylisting', a powerful new tool that holds an e-mail until the sender can confirm that the e-mail is vaild.", says Wray and continuing, "This feature alone will save companies hundreds if not thousands of dollars in savings over the course of a year in combating spam."
"We can offer full archivng for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for companies that need to keep copies of communication for legal and governed purposes. We can archive incoming or outgoing or both for the customer."
